    • Products with Quality Problems

  • We guarantee all of our products are brand new and high quality. If the item arrived damaged, not working or defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will usually resend the products or offer you a full refund.

    • When can I expect my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Please note that returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition, make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.
